Write to support@voicejots.com. Please never send us recordings, transcripts or your recovery key — we don't need them, and the app is built so that we never see them.

Recovery key

Your notes are encrypted on your phone. The 24-word recovery key shown at the first launch is the only way to open them on a new phone. We cannot recover it for you — nobody can.

Subscription

VoiceJots Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or change the plan: iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. On a new phone, open Settings → Restore purchases in the app.

AI models

Transcription and search run on your phone, so the app downloads its AI models once (about 530 MB). If the download stops, open Settings → AI models and tap Retry. Recordings are never uploaded.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete everything removes all notes, audio, attachments and keys from the phone. We hold no copy, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
